How To Be Positive & Avoid Negativity!

One of the hardest things to do, it seems, is keep a positive attitude all the time. I usually end up being extremely jealous of people who can absolutely always have a positive outlook on things no matter what the circumstances. For me, it’s something that I have to work at on a case by case basis. Something that has helped me to practice doing this is by reading “The Law Of Attraction” by Michael J. Losier.

Your mood is dependent on the positive or negative vibrations that you are sending out. In every moment that you are experiencing a mood or a feeling the law of attraction is responding to whatever vibe you are emitting. So basically if you wake up cranky in the morning and don’t do anything to turn your thoughts and mood into a more positive one you will most likely experience cranky and negative thoughts all day. It’s really up to you to change your mind about how you want to feel.
